Lifeteam is seeking a dedicated Membership Sales Advocate to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in expanding Lifeteam’s reach and impact by promoting our membership programs which provide critical emergency medical services. As a Membership Sales Advocate, you will engage with the community and potential members to communicate the benefits of prompt, reliable medical interventions facilitated through our memberships. Your work will ensure that more individuals have immediate access to life-saving care, aligning with our mission to enhance public health safety and emergency responsiveness. Develop and implement strategies to increase membership enrollment. Host and attend community and regional events to promote Lifeteam services. Educate the public on the benefits of membership and the specifics of services offered. Maintain records of interactions, leads, and sales for ongoing optimization. Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials. Provide feedback from community interactions to enhance service offerings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to persuade and manage negotiations. Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively. Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in emergency medical services. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) preferred. First Aid and CPR certifications are beneficial but not required.
