Lifeteam, a leader in emergency medical services, is seeking a
dynamic and driven Membership Sales Manager to join our remote
team. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and impact by
increasing membership enrollments, thereby enhancing our ability to
provide rapid and advanced medical services across diverse
locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
sales within the healthcare sector, possess excellent communication
and organizational skills, and be adept at managing sales teams
remotely. This position is crucial for funding our mission to
provide critical, life-saving services and ensuring that more
people have access to our life-saving programs. Develop and execute
strategic plans to increase membership sales for emergency medical
services. Manage and oversee a remote sales team, ensuring targets
are met and strategies are effectively implemented. Collaborate
with marketing and operations departments to align sales strategies
with company goals. Analyze market trends and adjust sales
strategies accordingly to maximize membership growth. Provide
training and support to sales staff to improve performance and
achieve sales objectives. Maintain detailed records of sales
activities and provide regular performance reports to senior
management. Proven ability to manage and lead a sales team
remotely. Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics
within the healthcare industry. Excellent communication,
interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software
and sales management tools. Ability to analyze data and sales
statistics and translate results into better solutions. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Sales Management
Certification preferred. Membership in relevant professional
organizations such as the National Association of Sales
Professionals.
