Job Description:
Lifeteam, a leader in emergency medical services, seeks a
dedicated Sales Representative to expand our reach and promote our
life-saving services. This role is pivotal in connecting healthcare
facilities and communities with our cutting-edge air and ground
medical transport solutions. The ideal candidate will not only
drive sales and revenue but also be a passionate advocate for
advancements in emergency medical care, aligning with Lifeteam's
mission to enhance patient access and safety. Develop and execute
strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand
Lifeteam's customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting
relationships with new and existing clients, particularly
healthcare facilities. Conduct market research to identify selling
possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively. Set up meetings
with potential clients, present our services, and emphasize service
features and benefits. Negotiate contracts with the aim of
maximizing profits while prioritizing patient care. Collaborate
with team members to identify and grow opportunities within
territory. Prepare regular reports on sales results, market
conditions, and the pipeline of prospective business. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to drive the
sales process from plan to close Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
familiarity with CRM software Ability to deliver engaging
presentations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Certification in Sales or Marketing preferred
