Job Description:
At Lifeteam, a leader in emergency medical services, we are
currently seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our expanding
Sales & Business Development team. This role focuses on driving our
mission of providing advanced emergency medical solutions by
developing strategic relationships and expanding our client base
within the healthcare and medical services industry. The Sales
Executive will be key in promoting Lifeteam's integrated services,
including air and ground transport, critical care, and hospital
outreach programs, thereby directly impacting the improvement of
patient outcomes and expanding access to essential medical
services. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve
sales targets and expand our customer base Build and maintain
strong, long-lasting customer relationships Partner with customers
to understand their business needs and objectives Effectively
communicate the value proposition through proposals and
presentations Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize
profits Coordinate with marketing, sales management, and technical
service departments to meet customer needs Analyze market trends
and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities
Prepare reports on account status, transaction sales results, and
annual forecasts Proven ability to drive the sales process from
plan to close Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation
abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to
create and deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Aptitude in
delivering attractive presentations Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Professional Sales Person
(CPSP) certification is preferred Any relevant certification in
healthcare or medical services sales is a plus
