A company is looking for a Senior Talent Business Partner in
Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to provide organizational and
people-related strategy aligned with business goals
Design and deliver talent programs to solve business challenges and
drive outcomes
Coach executives, build high-performing teams, and promote a
culture of feedback and open communication
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of progressive HR experience in a high-growth
environment
BA/BS in a related field; MA/MBA is a plus
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making at the
executive level
Proven ability to think creatively, work collaboratively, and
navigate a matrixed environment
Unquestioned integrity, confidence, and passion for the role
