Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Sourcer.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract
high-quality candidates for various roles
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build world class
organizations; be a strategic thought partner
Source candidates through various channels, screen resumes, conduct
initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and
cultural fit
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related
field
2+ years of in house sourcing experience at fast growth
startups/early-mid stage companies
2+ years of agency recruiting experience
Proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to
leadership-level positions
Global hiring experience is a huge plus
