Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data & Operations Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with payment data management and analytics strategies
Collaborating with team members and external partners for effective
data processes
Serving as the primary point of contact for payment issues
Required Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail for managing operations payroll and
support ticket data
Experience in payment processing systems, such as CRM financial or
support ticketing systems
Adaptability and flexibility in handling changing operational needs
and workload
Experience with spreadsheets and tech support is preferred
Existing relationships in one of the ten states or fluency in a
second language, including Spanish
