Remote Epic Application Coordinator - South Carolina

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Epic Application Coordinator (Cupid/Radiant).

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain communication with vendor representatives and end users to ensure system meets business needs
Obtain and maintain Epic certification, participate in project planning, and provide application expertise
Analyze workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate on system testing and enhancements

Required Qualifications:

Associates Degree or higher in related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
Completion of required training and certification within 45 days of training
Familiarity with Cupid or Radiant proficiency within 45 days of training
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, 7+ years of Healthcare IT experience
