Orthopedic Surgeon (Del Rio, TX)
---Would work out of the hospital and the ortho clinic is located between Radiology and the ER---There is a 6 room OR suite with 2 bigger rooms where most of the Ortho surgeries are performed---They do have a 1st Assistant that is there to help who is a Rockstar---Ability to speak Spanish is big PLUS considering the large Hispanic population---Would love someone with a Sports Medicine background, as they would like to grow this business to about 25% of what they do---Base: $550K---Shared Call with another Ortho Surgeon: 1st 5 days included in bonus then $550 per day, $66K annually for call---$55,000 Quality Incentive Bonus if quality metrics are met (10% of base)---Productivity bonus if you exceed wRVU---s---$25K Sign-On Bonus---31 days PTO---Malpractice paid---Moving Allowance up to $10K with valid receipts---IP, OP
