Description:Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain a clean work environment.- Identify and report safety issues to senior leadership as discovered.- Collect bill of lading paperwork and verifying southbound paperwork/documentation for Mexican customs. - Insure paperwork and equipment meets CTPAT seal standards prior to vehicle departure.- Coordinating and reporting local movements and deliveries to Little Rock Dispatch. - Collection POD's and other documentation for billing purposes and forward as required.- Perform accurate daily yard check of assets on site and able to identify basic equipment issues and/or safety concerns and those assets.- Inspect trailers inbound and out bound for damage and report to equipment.- Provide oversight and direction to drivers as required.- Operate forklift equipment in accordance with OSHA standards 1910.178(l) (3). - Trans load cargo as required and maintain secured recordkeeping for trans loading events.- Load all vehicles in accordance with load securement laws as mandates in FMCSA49 CFR 390.5- Perform all other duties as requested.Requirements:Required Skills/ Abilities:

• Must be bilingual - English, Spanish
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
• Ability to be forklift certified. Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
    • Must be able to lift or maneuver up to 75 pounds safely at times.PM22
