Job Description:

We are seeking warm and friendly Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our team!

Pay is $17 Bilingual.

Client will provide the computer to you.

Start date is 2/6 with more to come.

You must have a quiet workspace for this position and complete assessments for Excel before being submitted.



Job Function:

--- Answering outbound/Inbound client emails, chats and phone calls

--- Scheduling/coordination

--- Creating and managing spreadsheets

--- Data entry

Qualifications:

--- 2+ years of experience

--- Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

--- Exceptional Customer Service

--- Ability to work fully remote (strong internet connection, quiet workplace etc.)

--- Experience using Slack is a PLUS
