*Responsibilities of our Customer Service Representatives include: *

1. Communicating with patients to help them resolve their healthcare accounts

2. Solving issues, setting payment expectations, arranging payments and requesting information from patients

3. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions

*Qualifications*
* Customer service experience demonstrating compassion and concern
* Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding listening, communication, problem-solving and research skills
* Good computer and data entry skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task routinely
* Professional presentation/appearance/demeanor
* Demonstrated stable work history

*Preferences*
* Bilingual - Spanish

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
