Please visit our websites: https://www.pdstech.com/ and https://www.akka-technologies.com/ General Responsibilities: Effectively support country CEO and other executives as needed Complex calendar management Coordinate global schedules, travel arrangements, and seamless meeting logistics such as video conferencing and conference calls for internal and external meetings Expense reimbursement Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure the action required is handled in a timely manner Enhance executives effectiveness by providing information management support Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients Handling requests and queries appropriately Provide administrative support as required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree, preferred Proven experience as an executive admin (5-10 years) Experience with executive level calendar management Experience with domestic and/or international travel coordination Speak French or German a plus Highly proficient in MS Office and Teams Impeccable attention to detail High level of integrity and discretion Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of groups such as senior management, peers, and outside companies Must be able to work onsite in Irving office The candidate selected for this position must have experience working in a close team environment.
