The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the
finance and accounting processes of the center. In addition to:
- Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values, company
operating principles, and Career Success Standards.
- Ensures department adherence to company and federal laws.
Administers financial statements and budget reports in a timely
Manages account payables.
Account reconciliation tasks including resolving
Updates ledger regularly to ensure its accuracy.
- Participates in annual budget planning and meetings.
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related area. Five
or more years of experience.
Preferred: Master's Degree in related field. Experience with
Federal and State Accounting Guidelines.
Knowledge Required: Must possess sound working knowledge of
accounting principles and practices, good organizational skills;
ability to work with detailed information, excellent math skills,
ability to make arithmetic computations rapidly and accurately,
proficient in the use of personal computer; working knowledge of
software applications, e.g MSExcel; MSWord or Word Perfect,
excellent communication skills including technical skills, both
oral and written.
