We're currently seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers to handle our growing needs for freight and cargo transport. As a pivotal part of our operations, you'll contribute to our reputation for safety and reliability, while ensuring the secure and timely transportation of goods. At PAM Transport, we value diligence, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards, offering a supportive and safety-focused environment. Safely operate a tractor-trailer/truck to transport goods, materials, or equipment to specified destinations. Adjust routes based on traffic conditions or logistical challenges while maintaining on-time delivery. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance as required. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules, complying with truck driving rules and regulations. Manage documentation of cargo, route, and fuel expenditures. Profound knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. Proficiency in electronic log systems (e.g., ELDs). Strong time management and route planning skills. Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A). Must pass DOT physical and drug test prior to employment. Clean driving record.
