Dietary Services Manager – Leadership Opportunity in Del Rio, Texas Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and service? We’re looking for an experienced manager to oversee our dietary department and lead a dedicated team of cooks and dietary aides. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in culinary arts, dietary services, or hotel management or another similar industry who is ready to take the next step in their career and become certified. This is more than a kitchen leadership role. It’s an opportunity to: Supervise and inspire a team of dietary aides and cooks to deliver exceptional service. Lead and mentor a team that takes pride in providing nutritious, beautifully presented meals. Manage daily operations, including scheduling and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Oversee and adhere to an operational budget while ensuring quality and efficiency. Collaborate with leadership to enhance the dining experience for residents and patients. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership and team management skills. A passion for service and teamwork and making the lives of our residents and patients better. Experience in food service, hospitality, or dietary operations is preferred.
