This role focuses on aiding patients in achieving their highest level of physical function, contributing to their overall quality of life. Working with varied patient demographics, particularly in pediatric cases, the successful candidate will provide targeted, patient-centric care plans and therapy services tailored to individual needs across a diverse patient base. Assess patient's physical condition and create therapy plans tailored to individual health needs. Implement therapeutic interventions to mitigate physical limitations and enhance patients' quality of life. Regularly evaluate patient progress and adapt therapy plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home-based therapy management. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans and progress. Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and best practices. Ability to operate therapy equipment safely and effectively. Excellent patient management and interpersonal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient confidentiality. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice. CPR certified is preferred but not required.
