Job Description:

pediatric therapy, is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled
Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This role involves
providing personalized and dedicated therapy services to a diverse
patient population in their homes, supporting their journey towards
improved communication and swallowing functions. The successful
candidate will be an integral part of a supportive team committed
to professional growth and excellence in patient care. Conduct
patient assessments to determine their specific communication and
swallowing disorders. Develop and implement tailored treatment
plans based on individual patient needs and goals. Regularly
monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as
necessary. Educate family members and caregivers on how to support
the patient’s therapy goals. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to provide holistic care to patients. Maintain
patient confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to create and
follow through with individualized care plans Proficient in the use
of diagnostic instruments and treatments specific to speech
pathology Experience with pediatric and adult patients Adaptable to
providing in-home care settings Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American
