Compensation: 1099 Compensation: $21,153.85 per week. Commencement
bonus of $50,000 offered. 26-week commitment only. Not required to
work over ever! Additional compensation is offered annually for any
weeks worked beyond 26. Benefits: Paid malpractice insurance with
tail coverage. Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team
of 4 physicians and 16 CRNAs at Laredo Medical Center. Work
alongside our diverse, cohesive team, driven by a shared mission to
support one another genuinely. Runs seven points of service per day
in addition to two OB suites. Qualifications: Board
certified/eligible in anesthesia. Authorization to work in the
United States. New residents are welcome to apply. Practice in the
Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling: Work a 2-week on,
2-week off rotation, providing a balanced schedule for professional
and personal commitments. Physicians will supervise CRNAs and sit
their own cases, ensuring continuity and high-quality patient care.
Physicians will usually be out of the OR by 3:30 every day. Back-up
call to the CRNAs; a call back is very rare. Key Responsibilities:
Manage level III trauma patients, OB/GYN, minor vascular, neuro,
orthopedic, and general. Purpose-Driven Work with Local Impact
