are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional who embodies
the following: Licensure & Experience: A current RN license with a
minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a
skilled nursing facility (SNF). Regulatory Expertise: A proven
track record of compliance with state and federal regulations,
in-depth knowledge of the CMS 5-Star Quality Rating System, and
demonstrated success in achieving positive clinical outcomes.
Leadership & Education: A natural educator who thrives on teaching,
mentoring, and inspiring clinical team members to excel. Team
Spirit: A collaborative leader with a positive mindset and a
history of fostering teamwork and success within their
