About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Intensivist to join our Critical Care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in our ICU, collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive critical care management for ICU patients. Perform ICU procedures (e.g., intubations, central lines, arterial lines, bronchoscopy, chest tubes etc.). Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate on patient management plans. Lead and educate advanced practice providers and nurses as needed. Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine (Preferably Internal Medicine track). Active/Eligible State Medical License in Texas. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
