Job Description:

Job Summary:

As a Nurse Practitioner/Pa at Christus Health, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients under the direction of a physician. Your expertise will be utilized to evaluate patient outcomes, consult with specialists as needed, and adjust care processes to ensure optimal patient care. You will also arrange for diagnostic and therapeutic services, monitor medical records, and provide preventative health care services to long-term patients. Additionally, you may perform psychiatric exams and prescribe treatment and drugs as necessary.

Requirements:

Current licensure through the Texas Board of Nursing or licensed Physician Assistant by the Texas State Medical Board
Valid DEA license
BLS certification obtained by the American Heart Association
Work Type:
Per Diem As Needed
