Job Description:
InGenesis is currently seeking a Healthcare Quality & Compliance
Officer to work with our client. In this role, you will develop,
implements, and directs programs that maintain compliance with
Occupational Health Protocols for an Office of Refugee Resettlement
(ORR) designated Influx Care Facility (ICF). This position will
work with other members of the ICF to ensure that Occupational
Health practices reflect current ORR Guidelines. If you meet the

potential every 6 months Job Duties Develops and coordinates an
educational and training program for employees on the elements of
the compliance program and ensures employees are knowledgeable of
ORR policies and mission goals to ensure consistent provision of
care. Revises the compliance program periodically in response to
changes in regulations and in accordance with the needs of the
organization. Works to ensure all employees and contractors have
been screened and checked against sanction and exclusion lists.
Assists in internal compliance review and monitoring activities
through development and review of policies/procedures associated
with Occupational Health & Safety. Investigates and acts on
compliance matters including coordinating corrective actions
Develops policies and programs that encourage employees to report
suspected compliance issues Works with Occupational Health to
review reports for trends and conditions or actions of
non-compliance that warrant intervention, and conduct additional
investigation as needed Stays abreast of local, state and federal
regulations and regulatory agencies to include, Department of State
Health Services, Office of Refugee Resettlement, Center for Disease
Control and Occupational Health & Safety Administration. Other
Responsibilities: Participate in scheduled meetings. Prepares
presentations and or training as needed. Communicate effectively in
writing and verbally in English. Collaborate with other staff
members, service providers and professionals. Other duties as
assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or
related field Previous experience in healthcare compliance
Bilingual (Spanish/ English) preferred. Certifications: N/A Other
Requirements: Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug
screens throughout employment. Provide proof of work eligibility
status upon request. Pass all pertinent required background checks
and child abuse and neglect checks. Maintain computer literacy
required to meet the responsibilities of the position. About
