Job Description:
A company is looking for an Information Security Manager-
Identity Access.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of analysts in reducing risk to the company's
information systems
Make strategy recommendations for security awareness, policy
standards, and guidelines
Advise senior management on risks related to information security,
privacy, and compliance
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of related work experience OR
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant work experience OR
Master's degree with 6 years of relevant work experience
Experience coaching and mentoring analysts
Understanding of government regulations and industry
requirements
Ability to plan and accomplish goals relying on extensive
experience and judgment
Effective collaboration with senior leadership
