Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage benefit programs, including 401(k) plan administration and
compliance
Lead open enrollment, conduct benefit surveys, and provide employee
communication
Stay updated on laws impacting benefits, recommend program changes,
and handle leave management
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of Benefits Administration experience, with 2 years
in management
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or
related field preferred
Direct 401k administration management experience required
PHR or SPHR certifications are a plus
Experience with HRIS systems and multi-state business environments
desirable
