Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Strategy and
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer operations strategy in alignment
with business goals
Lead and optimize global customer operations and oversee
performance of sales engineers and account managers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer
operations with overall business strategies
Qualifications & Education:
10+ years of experience in customer or sales operations, preferably
in high-growth environments
Advanced proficiency in sales and revenue technology platforms such
as Salesforce and Clari
Demonstrated ability in data analysis, strategic planning, and
leadership
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree
preferred
Preference for candidates with prior sales/customer success
experience or strong understanding of sales/CS processes
