Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Network Adequacy
Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement processes to monitor key metrics for data
accuracy and compliance
Lead a team in conducting regular assessments of network
adequacy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address network
deficiencies and enhance strategies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business
administration, public health, or related field
Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare management or
network development
At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership
role
In-depth knowledge of HMO operations and healthcare regulations
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in
Quest Analytics software and T/PL-SQL preferred
