CTG is assisting a client for a Remote Systems Engineering Program
Manager!
Pay Rate: based on experience
Duration: 12+months
Support the Federal Electronic Health Records Modernization (FEHRM)
Technical Team. The Systems Engineering Program Management
Professional is responsible for supporting the Systems Engineering
Technical Team workstream in areas of Federal EHR Enclave
Performance, Domain & Release Management, and Ecosystem and Enclave
Management.
The primary weekly/monthly tasks for this candidate are working in
areas of risk management, coordination, project and/or task
management for the SE projects including Federal EHR Enclave
Performance and Ecosystem & Enclave Management. The candidate will
engage daily with personnel from EHRM IO, Oracle Cerner and DHMSM
as it relates enclave performance and management of these projects.
To gather Federal EHR Enclave Cerner metrics, the candidate will
use the Cerner LightsOn and other performance tools for completing
the Monthly Federal EHR Enclave Health Report. As Oracle Cerner
prepares for the migration of the Cerner application from the
Kansas City, MO on premises solution to the Oracle Cloud
Infrastructure, the candidate will provide risk, project and task
management with of the Federal SE Workstream Lead.
To minimize the risk of a SE team single point of failure, this
candidate will perform as backup for other SE team members
providing risk, project and task management in the area of Federal
EHR incident management and participation in the weekly DHMSM MIRT
meetings
Minimum qualifications:
--- 5+ years of professional work experience
--- Experience supporting program/project planning and milestone
development
--- Experience using performance management tools to gather health
metrics to develop health reports with minimal supervision
--- Prior consulting experience
--- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,
Engineering, Business or related field, or an additional 8 years of
relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working in the VA
Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
Experience transitioning applications to Cloud Infrastructure
