Internship Overview

The TIBCO Technical Communication team works with teams from across TIBCO, including engineering, quality assurance, product management, and customer support, to ensure high-quality, end user software documentation for TIBCO's entire product line.

This opportunity is for a self-starting student interested in graphics/graphic design who can support the Technical Communications team by creating high impact digital images and videos to support customer-facing documentation. You will work with engineering, QA, and product marketing leads to turn technical concepts into high quality workflows and diagrams to supplement technical content.

What You Will Be Doing

--- Create graphics, workflows, and diagrams for TIBCO software products.

--- Create original video content for TIBCO software products.

--- Assess existing graphics and videos, recommend improvements for identified areas, and implement recommendations.

--- Align the department's editorial standards for using graphics and propose new policies, recommendations, and best practices.

--- Collaborate with writers and other internal groups to identify, prioritize and improve existing graphics.
