WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Customer Service Representative, you
will: Receive incoming calls, chats, and emails, from customers
interested in purchasing/researching travel by following standard
scripts and procedures. Greet and converse with customers in a
courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Make recommendations
based on the customer's needs and preferences. Determine customer
reservation needs and preferences by utilizing established question
and answer techniques Research travel rates, destinations, options,
accommodations, and packages for customers. Process travel
transactions by entering accurate and complete reservation
information into the relevant systems Read legal scripts verbatim
while maintaining quality standards. Professionally and accurately
support customer requests for itinerary changes or cancellations.
Correctly answer general travel and site related questions from
customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile. YOUR
QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine
compassion will deliver value and success with every customer
interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service
Representative role include: High school degree or equivalent
(required) Empathy Experience in Customer Service not required, but
encouraged Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking environment
Eagerness to learn new technologies Bilingual not required, but

position is $15- $16/hr., plus incentives that align with

on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience,
