improve interactions. Handle and resolve customer
complaints/inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Build
sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive
communication. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle
stressful situations and complex inquiries. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Customer Service
Professional (CCSP) preferred but not required.
