Job Description:

proactive, customer-oriented Customer Service Representative. This

calls and emails, providing solutions to customer issues while
maintaining high customer satisfaction. Assist with order
processing and management, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of
services. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to
resolve any customer-related issues promptly. Provide detailed
product and service information to customers, ensuring they
understand the full range of services offered by Concentrix.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments within
Concentrix when necessary. Document customer interactions
accurately in the CRM system for future reference and quality
assurance. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated
on product or service changes and enhancements. Strong verbal and
written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and
ability to handle challenging situations. Proficient in Microsoft
Office and familiar with CRM software. Ability to multitask,
prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Customer
Service Professional (CCSP) is desirable. Any additional
certification in customer handling or communication may be
advantageous.
