We carry a wide variety of brands to meet your needs./p pstrongJoin the Border Tire team Border Tire is hiring a Billing Clerk in Laredo, TX!/strong/p pThe strongBilling Clerk/strong compiles data, computes fees and charges, and prepares invoices for billing purposes. Duties include computing costs and calculating rates for tires, services, and tracking of products; posting data; and keeping other relevant records./p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul liResearches and resolves customer issues./li liCreates and processes adjustments./li liProcesses customer refund requests./li liResearch, resolve and manage customer credit balance reports./li liRevenue reporting and month-end system close processing./li liManage the buying of casings and wheels./li liReceive casings and wheels when inventory is bought in Madden Co./li liBill Penske Scrap out./li liCreate Delivery Receipts (DR) in Madden Co. for Michelin and Hankook National Account./li liObtain purchase orders./li liFile Government Sales (GS) Claims./li liManage National Account Billing (NAB) Menu./li liReconcile credits received from Michelin and Hankook./li liActs as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff./li liWorks independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects./li liStrong organizational and planning skills./li liHandlessensitive information in a confidential manner./li liExcellenttime management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work./li liMaintains professional appearance./li liOther duties may be assigned./li /ul Pay Range: 15.00-18.00 per_hour, General Benefits: pstrongJob Benefits:/strong/p ul li401(k)/li liDental Insurance/li liHealth Insurance/li liLife Insurance/li liPaid Time Off/li liTuition Reimbursement/li liVision insurance/li /ul pstrongBenefit Conditions:/strong/p ul liOnly full-time employees are eligible./li /ul
