Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients' patients and
accurately record their information
Assist with account resolution, communicate account information,
offer solutions, and establish payment arrangements
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and work with
various computer programs to meet individual metrics
Required Qualifications:
Must have a quiet and private workspace at home
High-speed internet with the ability to hardwire via ethernet with
specific speed requirements
Technical requirements must be met before the first day of
training
