A company is looking for a Director of Tax.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement tax planning strategies for global entity
Manage tax projects including M&A due diligence and tax
compliance
Oversee tax filings, income tax provision, and internal
controls
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant tax experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
CPA license required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tax software
Experience with tax audits, transfer pricing, and tax laws
